There is rubbish in the alleyway behind my garden and people keep adding to it as it's not regulated. The alleyway way is bloked by cars. And now I can see people sleeping rough in that area. We feel unsafe having them there as sometimes we hear them shouting and arguing and I'm afraid they might be doing drugs there too. The alleyway is behind vicarage Road.
