There are at least TEN street signs that have been vandalised and the instructions covered up, since January 2024. One also on Noel Road E6, the rest on Roman Road. I live down Roman Road and parking is at a premium. Resident are avoiding paying the permit charges which is unfair to others. Is this an offence?
