Description
Ornamental fountain is covered fully with green algae for almost few years. How often is this fountain water contracted to clean according to acceptable standard? <br/>Birds use it to bathe themselves and drink from it. Humans including children love to touch these birds. Heard of birds flu? No wonder diseases spread. <br/>Not sure how many birds suffered from diseases and die later after drinking the dirty water from the fountain. <br/>Is there a problem cleaning this fountain? Is it normal practice to allow the fountain water to grow algae? How do we know the water is changed regularly? <br/>Or the water is regularly changed but not the cleaning of the fountain which is a waste of good water.
