We have this bin near 92 Queensberry Place, London E12 6UW, and a number of other bins across Queensberry Place that are damaged and need to be replaced- the refuse collection team can not move these bins as their wheels are damaged- the Managing Agent L&Q has reported them to the council but nothing has happened for the past two months and. As a result bins are always overflowing. Please arrange for the decommissioned bins to be replaced ASAP. Thank you.
